1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdvizrPro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AdvizrPro provides AI-powered automation software for professional advisors including insurance agents, tax professionals, and financial advisors. Services include lead response automation, client retention workflows, and communication tools.

3. SMS Communications

By using our platform to send SMS messages, you agree to comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your clients before sending automated messages. AdvizrPro provides tools to manage consent but you remain responsible for compliance.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use AdvizrPro to send spam, violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or engage in any activity that could harm our platform or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdvizrPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms.
